Battletoads Wind Tunnel

THIS LEVEL IS IMPOSSIBLE. Seeing claims at it having been accomplished still seem incredible to me. I could never beat it. Finally Game Genie allowed me to see whats beyond this stupid level and open me up to the rest of the game that I would have otherwise never known of.
