Quack Pack. Mind-Controlled Cheerleaders
Huey obtains mind control powers and goes for the natural target.
Quack Pack intro
Quack Pack was a cartoon that debuted in September 1996 as a part of the Disney Afternoon weekday afternoon programming block. It lasted for one season that comprised 39 episodes.
The Real Ghostbusters Cartoon Theme
Called the “Real” Ghostbusters so as not to be confused with the Filmmation Ghostbusters franchise.
The Other Ghostbusters Intro
This batch of Ghostbusters was an animated television series created by Filmation and launched following the success of the Columbia Pictures live-action Ghostbusters movie. It ran from 1986-1988 in syndication and comprised of 65 episodes. The cartoon was based on a live-action television show from the 1970s titled The Ghost Busters. It is not to be confused with the animated show The Real Ghostbusters; which was based on the 1984 movie Ghostbusters. Columbia Pictures had to obtain the rights to the name from Filmation for its film, and after it was a hit, Filmation went into production with its animated series based on the characters from its series. The series is technically called simply “Ghostbusters”, but home video releases use the name “Filmation’s Ghostbusters” to avoid confusion.
Ghostbusters. “Cats and Dogs” speech in Mayors Office
Ghostbusters (1984). Mayor calls in the Ghostbusters as to what they can do about the supernatural events. Maybe should have called it the “Disaster of Biblical proportions” speech.
Nightmare Before Christmas re-enactment puppet show
It starts off… kind of promising (maybe?) but sort of colapses in the middle and gets saved only at the very end.
Oh ya, and its in Italian.
The Nightmare Before Christmas 1992 Teaser Trailer
One of the rare times Disney marketed the movie as an innovation, but still doesn’t mention that it’s the first feature length stop motion film to be made. This was back when Disney trailers, especially on home video release, would promo upcoming events in a “let me tell you about this magical place” sort of way. This format slowly died to bring way for the now glossy and polished “hey! come buy a copy of this next thing we’re doing”.
Most of the music used here is from testing while doing demo’s of scene’s during filming and can be heard on the deleted storyboard and extended scenes on the special DVD
The Nightmare Before Christmas Commercial/Trailer
My second favorite commercial for the best movie ever made in the history of film. It contains some curious and interesting edits that true fans will notice such as Finkelstien laughing and Sally giving her “Jack look out!” warning before he falls into the Christmasland portal.
Nightmare Before Christmas – Burger King Watch ad
You’re watching BKTV! It’s just like MTV but with less commercialized pandering and corporate whoring! From 1993
American Gladiators. Season 1 Intro
Its possible that the audio is slow on this, but I don’t think it is. I think its just the poor production quality that is to blame for the delayed voice over that doesn’t match what you’re watching.
Malibu – the cool laid back surfer at home on the beach . You’re looking at Lace – Femanine. Sexy. BUT (in contrast to those two things) always a lady. This is Gemini – a schizophrenic. This is Zap – boring, uninteresting, the terminator. Nitro – unlike all the others, this one is cocky! and then there’s Sunny. Some chick we found on a farm with a growth hormone problem.
